This isn't strictly a legal blog, although admittedly as an attorney I will focus (harp) on the legal aspects of many of the topics here. But let's face it, I'm not your lawyer. I get it, someone is going to ask a question about how the law applies to some purely hypothetical scenario too convoluted even for a Hollywood script, and the rest of us are expect to believe that hypothetical line.
